Course Outline
This course is delivered at both The Little Red Door and Winstons, two venues that are operated by Rebecca and which form a practical training hub. There will also be site visits to various establishments which will further enhance the students practical learning and development. Students will have access to an environment where they are able to smell, touch, feel and undertake all of the tasks that are required to become proficient when working within the hospitality industry.

Non-accredited Training:
- Operation and understanding of a commercial coffee machine and identifying the different types of coffee;
- Links between Front of House and Back of House;
- How to carry 3 plates & trays of drinks;
- Customer service etiquette;
- Basic Knife skills;
- How to pour and serve drinks;
- Up-selling techniques;
- Cleaning & Little tricks of the trade - 1%ers
